Cincinnati, Oct 18. -A shortage that may exceed SIO,OOO has been discovered in the local office of the Wells-Fargo Express company, and Money Order Clerk William R. Orchard is the fugitive. He left Saturday night for Chicago, and all trace has been lost He is 32 years old, and has been a trusted employe for seven years, having been transferred from Toledo to this city.
