Buckshot for Bandits.

Chicago, Sept. 26. —The Michigan Central has begun to arm the trainmen of all trains carrying American express or mail cars, and other railroads intend to soon follow suit. The employes have been supplied with Winchester repeating shotguns loaded with buckshot, and additional employes similarly armed have been put on, so that there will he at least ten fully armed men on each express and mail train, which force is amply sufficient to cope with any hand of train robbers, no matte: how well organized.
