Don’t Blame the Cook If a baking powder is not uniform inWrength, so that the same quantity will always do the same work, no one can know how to use it, and uniformly good, light food cannot be produced with it. All baking powders except Royal, because improperly compounded and made from inferior materials, lose their strength quickly when the can is opened for use. At subsequent bakings there will be noticed a falling off in strength. The food is heavy, and the flour, eggs and butter wasted.
