A Belgian Says He Robbed the Countess of Flanders of Ccms Worth 400,<U)0 Francs. Vienna, June 5.—A Belgian named Ruller, who was arrested in Olmuetz, has confessed that he helped steal the jewels of the countess of Flanders February 1 last. Ilis confession implicates in the crime a London aristocrat and several of the countess’ servants. Rulier also told where the treasure was hidden. The stolen jewels are valued at 400,000 fraucs.
