CIRCUIT COURT.
Court convened Monday evening. Wednesday the Judge changed places with Judge McConnell, of Logansport, and will not be back until next week. The grand jury will not be called this term. Upon a plea of guilty John W. Pullins was fined $5 and costs for gambling. The divorce case of Rebe Thomas vs. Howard Thomas was dismissed on plaintiffs motion at her cost. The divorce case of Amanda Wolfe vs. John Wolfe was dismissed at cost of defendant. Mr. Wolfe and wife are living together again. A change of venue to Newton county was granted defendant in the case of James Halleck vs. the Monon railroad for damages.
