Then he labored faithfully for several years in the seminary at Carthagena, O. From the year 1867 to 1872 he was engaged in missionary work in the states of Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. The home merchant is after your trade and knows that it cannot be secured by trickery or deception, hence you are always safe in trusting him. Glance over the columns of advertising in your home paper and you will find there represented the best dealers and the best goods and men who aid in building up the town and county, pay their share of taxes, and who are identified with and interested in the affairs of both. Hundreds of dollars are wasted every year by the credulous housewives whose experience with peddlers and agents have been disastrously expensive.
