OBITUARY. Florence, daughter of
and Emma Fritchard, was born in Knightst ,wn, July 3rd, S-5, and died in Los Angeles, Cal., Mar. the 10th, 1005, aged 17 yr., S mo.
12 days.
Florence attended the public
schools of Knightstown, and would
have graduated iu the class of I
1510,3, if she had remained in
chool. Owing to the removal of her par- (
ents to the country she spent much
of her time during the last three
years with her grandparent, Mr.
and Mrs. David Montieue, with whom she ever found a welcome
and pleasant home.
She held a birth-right in the Friends church and was converted in the winter of 1000 during the Ilarris revival in the M. E. church of Knightstown. She was very much endeared to her church and school of which she was a member. Florence was of a cheerful and loving disposition, endearing her
self to many friends wherever she went. She had that kindness of ht art hich 'maketh sunshine in the home." In the intercourse of daily and social life she made many friends and no enemies, "for to know her was but to love her." But there is another love-that love which blends your.g hearts in blissful unity. To this love young Karlon Beeson and Florence yielded a nil on Aug. 10ol, wre united in the bond- of holy wedlock. After spending the autumn with relatives and friends at home. Mr.
and Mrs. Beeson went south to spend the winter and early spring

Angeles, C.il. At the former place Mr. Beeson's parents reside, which made their
stay tim-ugh the winter months most delightful. There in that temperate climate with dear relatives and friends, time passed pleasantly and swiftly by. On the IC;h of Feb. they hade farewell to friends and sped westward to Los Angeles-"in tlse land of sunshine and thwers" hopin here to continue the joyous honeymoon, through the spring months.
