There is no doubt but a very -cool, aud often cold spell, occurs about Easter Suuday. The fact is easy accounted for: There is generally a change to cooler after the full moon, especially the full moon near an equinox of the earth. As a rule, Easter tall* near the full moon in March, and hence the weather is unsettled up to the equinox, and It is sura to be quite cold about that time.
