Gos’in, of this city, has just secured a patent deed for an improvement on wrenches, which promises to prove a valuable thing for the inventor. Grounds have been leased and the same will be enclosed, an amphitheatre built and everything fixed up in tip top shape for the patrbns of the game. A strong team has been got together for the season and the clubs_of neighboring towns will be invited to take part in the games to be played. One is of the two dollar treasury note and the other is the one-dollar silver certificate. This is the first counterfeit ever found of the two-dcllar treasury note. It is of the series of 1891, check letter “C,” W. S. Rosecrans, register; E. H. Nebeker, treasurer: portrait of McPherson. At 7 o’clock Sunday morning Bolen Uaery a promising business man of Augusta and Mrs. Minda Fettiuger, were joined together as man and wife. Mrs. Fettinger is a highly respected lady and is well liked in thisf community. They will at once locate in Augusta where Mr. Usery is engaged in business. The marriage ceremony was pronounced by Rev. W. S. Brown. We wish the bride and groom peace and joy and happiness as long as^life shall last.—Winslow Spectator.
