The farther it went the faster it got. It was a runaway tratu^ and was dashing toward Terre Haute at the rate of fifty miles an hour before Conductor Stinson, who was in the last car, realised the terrible situation. lie immediately started toward the engipe, clambering throungh the baggage car and over the tender.
