Harry Gates and Mike McGee, both of Brazil, engaged in a prize fight near the Parke county, Iml., line, Saturday. They fought twenty-seven rounds in the presence of three hundred people. Gates won the fight. There is not another city in India na that keeps itself in such a state of bad prejudice as docs Evansville. Professor Robertson, of Guelph, Ontario, states that if a cow m full milk is left without salt for a week, the shrinkage at the pail will be 14 per cent.
