Comity IK'iiioiTtttte Convention. Pursuant to call, the delegates met at the court house, in Plymouth, aturday, Pee. 11th, at 2 o'clock, p. in. The convention was called to order by A. C. Thompson, chairman of the county central committee, who made a few well-timed remarks, and was then, on Motion of M. A. 0. Packard, made permanent chairman of the convention. A. 0. Packard was chosen secretary. On motion of P. E. VanValkcnburgh. after the call of the townships, the convention resolved itself into a mass con vention. On motion, a committee of two from Center, and one from each of tho other townships represented, was appointed to select delegates and contingent delegates to the state cenvention at Indianapolis, on the 8th of January. The committee consisted of Messrs. D. EL YanYalkenburoh. D. D. Luke, I. McDonald. John NcfT, Win. Zehner and Alex. Bland. On motion of M. A. O. Packard, a committee consisting of M. A. O. Packard, Joseph Ewana, M. W. Powney, Morgan Johnson, Samuel Yarrick, and J. ( Hcdriek was appointed to nominate a central committee for the ensuing year. The convention was addressed by Q. ('orbin.
