School Notes Mrs. Mitchell was a visitor in the primary room Tuesday P. M. Institute is postponed until one week from Saturday. Clyde Lewis was absent from school Tuesday afternoon. The Domestic Science girls are thinking ol holding a Christmas bazaar. The Junior Class organized Tuesday evening by electing Ruth Raine, President; George Hoopingarner, Secretary; and Bertha Pocock, Treasurer. The pupils are feeling highly elated over the number of prizes they carried off at the fair—n firsts and 7 seconds. In the Athletic contest at the fair our High School boys won events as follows; Y, mile run, fiirst-Gomer Shank Second-Lyle Hackett 220 yd. dash, Secoud-Verne Johnson. Third-Morris Burnham 100 yd. dash, First-Carl Zinn Third-Gomer Shank Running Broad Jump, FirstVerne Johnson.

The oaganizalion is also a “booster" club and will stand be hind any movement that is for the betterment ol the town or com* 1 munity. It is not an organ zation to stand together to boost pi ices but will be a benefit to llie buyers as well as the retailers.
