While on their way frl Jasper, Mich., to Pioneer, C), recently, Albertus Cleveh and wife met with a very unf unate accident. Mr. Clcvela had stopped to water his ho at a fountain at Morenci. Ilemoved the hits and for some uicoimtable reason the amnia ecame frightened. Mr. Cleveh tried to stop the horse and in doing was struck or kicked onis left leg below the knee, brijng his leg. He was left helpl while the horse ran on jumpir several ditches, and finally ran > a wire fence, where it was stopl, with but little damage to horj buggy, harness or Mrs. Cleved, who was left helpless in the ggy.
