Too many people make ihe mistake of eating heat-pro-ducing foods in the hot season, and the consequence is they “enjoy” a deal of sweating that is entirely unnecessary. Besides they are liable to all sorts of diseases. Proper diet is the first essential of summer comfort, and proper diet in the summer is largely a matter of cereals. Cereal foods of many kinds are to be hae at this store. They are economical, easy to digest and form a palatable diet.
