As Dr. J. F. Simison, who had been taking a drive with his two sons, was turning into his home at Romney Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock, David Pyke, who was riding a motor cycle, ran' into the buggy and upset it. James Burriel, who lives in a cabin near the Mouon railroad north of Romney, was found unconscious on the railroad track about 2:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. He was taken to his home and Dr. Mitchell of Romney was called. Burriel had been walking along the railroad track near his home and had been overcome by the heat. He revived after he was taken home and was resting comfortably last night. It was fortunate that he was found before a treiu passed the point where he was prostrated.
