DAILY ACTIVITY REPORTS - Oct. 26, 8:49 a.m.: Coraya Siwy, 36, of the 69000 block of Woodridge Court in New Paris, reported that between Oct. 24 at 8:33 a.m. and Oct 25 at 8:33 a.m., suspectfs) committed fraudulent activity. - Oct 27,8:12 ajn.: John Lorenz, 84, of the 19000 block of CR 46, New Paris, reported that his gray 1997 Buick Lesabre was stolen out of the parking lot while having maintenance work completed at New Paris Pro 4 X 4. It was later reported that tire vehicle was not stolen, but overlooked. - Oct 28,3:51 a.m.: Zachary M. Irvine, 27, was observed operating a vehicle in the area of SR 19 and SR 119, north of Nappanee, when he pulled over to examine a flat tire. Irvine was found to be operating while intoxicated after failing field sobriety tests. He submitted to a certified chemical test which had a result of .17 BrAC. Irvine had a prior conviction of operating while intoxicated within 5 years. Irvine was also found to be in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a handgun without a permit. Hewas incarcerated.

Holmes was found to be intoxicated and refused a certified chemical test. He was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail. - Nov. 7, 1:13 a.m.: a suspect attempted to break into a business located at 70765 CR 23, New Paris. - Nov. 7, 11 a.m.: an employee of Dollar General, 68553 SR 15, New Paris, reported that on Aug. 31 at 10:30 p.m., a former employee had stolen a cash deposit from the store. - Nov. 8, 7:28 a.m.: an employee of Elkhart County Gravel, 19242 U.S. 6, New Paris, reported that sometime on Nov. 8 between 1:45 and 2 a.m., an unknown suspect forced entry into the business and stole S2B worth of change and merchandise from the business. - Nov. 8, 11:01 ajn.: Hooville General Store, 19590 CR 50, New Paris, reported that between Nov. 7 at 6 pjn. and Nov. 8 at 9 ajn., suspectfs)
