Interra continues branching out with new Plymouth site MARSHALL COUNTY - Interra Credit Union has announced the recent unveiling of its newest office, located in Plymouth. The Plymouth Financial Resource Center, or FRC, is located at 1629 N. Michigan Street, in the plaza across from Centennial Park. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and also by appointment. Staff at the new office include Jamie Bales, Regional Vice President of Commercial Services, and Jackie Peters, Branch Manager. Headquartered in Goshen, Interra currently operates offices throughout north central Indiana. "The FRC is different than a traditional branch," Andy Marshall, Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, said. "It leverages Interra’s strengths and experience in small business, agribusiness, and mortgage lending." "While the FRC is a no-cash office, the experienced staff members are available to assist with the opening of new accounts, both business and consumers," Marshall pointed out. "You will also see us reaching out into the community, working with current members and developing new relationships." "In Jamie Bales, we have found just the right person to serve members and build relationships in Plymouth and the surrounding areas," Mike Blosser, Senior Vice President/ Commercial Services, noted. "His experience and community connections are so important to Interra and our members." "Jackie Peters has most recently served as the branch manager at Interra's Bremen and Etna Green offices, and also brings several years of experience in the financial services industry to her new position," Phil Wiens, Senior Vice President/Chief Retail Officer, said. Members can join Interra online, open additional accounts, use Interra Online Banking for all types of account information and transactions, download the mobile app, and use mobile deposit. "At the same time, new and existing members in the Plymouth area will have access to the support of experienced professionals, like Jamie and Jackie, when they want and need it," Wiens added. Interra was founded in Goshen more than 85 years ago and today serves nearly 80,000 members. In addition to three offices in Goshen, other locations include Bremen, Elkhart, Ligonier, Middlebury, Millersburg, Nappanee, New Paris, Wakarusa, Shipshewana, Syracuse, and Topeka.
