GIRLS SOCCER North Wood falls to West Lafayette PLYMOUTH North Wood's girls soccer team fell in the opening round of the IHSAA regional at Plymouth by a final of 6-0 to West Lafayette. The girls soccer team finished the year with a 12-5-2 record. They set a school record for most shutouts in a season (13), tied a record for most NLC victories in a season (4), and fell one win shy of tying a record for most wins in a season (13). They won the first ever sectional title in school history. CROSS COUNTRY Lady Panthers just shy of semi-state ELKHART The North Wood girls cross country team fell three points short of qualifying for the IHSAA Semi State. Great races from all seven who wore the red and black. GIRLS GOLF Richncr named honorable mention all state INDIANAPOLIS North Wood's Madison Richter finished her senior year by being named honorable mention to the Indiana High School Golf Coaches Academic all state team. Richter was part of a North Wood team that qualified for the East Noble Regional for seventh straight year and won the NLC title for a sixth straight year. Richner was also name to the first team all NLC squad.
