Forretta Ellen Liniger Oct. 16, 1947 - June 30, 2014 MILFORD Forretta Ellen Liniger, age 66, of Milford, passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 8:52 p.m. fol-

lowing an extended illness. She was bom on Oct. 16, 1947 the daughter of Forrest and Gora (Fink) Adams in Elkhart County. On Dec. 20, 1994 she married Benjamin Liniger; he survives. Also surviving are her children, Ellen Vandiver of Milford, Dwight "Bub" (Camie) Vandiver Jr. and Forrest "Richie" (Kris) Vandiver both of Bremen; 10 grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren; seven siblings,

Goldie, Deb, Laurie, Lisa, Kathy, Pam and Mike; and her mother-in-law, Mary Spicher of Milford. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Denise; four siblings, George, Red, Jeanie and Bonnie. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was the world's best grandma. A family gathering will be held in her honor at a later date. A cremation committal will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center. Nappanee St., reported that between 10 p.m. June 30 to noon July 1, a suspect cut the chain for the gated property and stole two enclosed trailers. 7:40 a.m. June 30, Mike's Auto Sales advised that unknown suspects broke a window and damaged ignition steering column on a vehicle located at 1407 S. Nappanee St. 2:55 p.m. June 29, Elkhart County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a two vehicle serious bodily injury crash involving a 2009 Chevrolet Uplander van and a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle in the area of US 6 just east of the West Elkhart County and Marshall County Line. The 12-year old passenger and 62-year old rider of the motorcycle were seriously injured and transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital for further medical treatment. The driver of the van was uninjured. The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department Crash Investigation Team is investigating further.
