LIBRARY TO HOST SANTA NAPPANEE Santa will stop at the Nappanee Public Library for two special visits during the month of December. Children are invited to come to the library to share their Christmas wishes with Santa and have their picture taken together on from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 7 and Dec. 14. Photos are free and will be processed during the activity. Make sure to visit the Children's Department to decorate a chalkboard wish list at the library on Dec. 14. All ages are welcome and no registration is required for either event. Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult. GIFT WRAPPING WORKSHOPS NAPPANEE Big and little elves will find help for wrapping gifts at the Nappanee Public Library this holiday season. Two free workshops will be held for adults and children on Tuesday, Dec. 10 and Thursday, Dec. 12. Local decorating legend, Liz Mullet, formerly of Liz's Furniture Shoppe, will help adults expand their wrapping repertoire of skills from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 10 during 'Wrap & Chat.' Learn various wrapping styles during a 20-minute instructional and then chat with Liz while wrapping gifts brought from home. An assortment of paper, bows, ribbon, tape and tags will be provided at no cost. 'lt's a Wrap' will guide kids, ages six through eleven, through basic gift wrapping skills from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
