NAPPANEE Dawning Generations and Vocal Jazz are busy preparing for their next performance. Both groups will be performing at the second annual Choral Tapestry at the Lemer Threatre in Elkhart on Nov. 10, along with several other top area high school choirs. Northwood has a block of tickets available for purchase. Tickets are sls each. Five dollars of every ticket sold during presale will go directly to the Northwood Performing Arts Department. Presales will benefit the choir trip to New York City in March for

NAPPANEE Lieutenant Governor of the Lake of the Lakes Division for the Indiana District of the Kiwanis visited the area to install new leaders of the Nappanee Kiwanis Club for the 2013-2014 board recently. New officers are: (front, from left) Donna Person, treasurer; Ted Mahensmith, lieutenant government; Dana Parciak, president; and Bonnie Hocstetler, secretary.
