David J. Allen June 14, 2012 MORRIS, 111. David J. Allen, 73, of Morris, EL, formerly of Bremen and Yellow Creek Lake Church of God Camp Ground, died Thursday, June lA 2012 at the Walnut Grove Nursing Home in Morris, 111. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Allen of Morris, 111.; a daughter, Terese (Timothy) Kukman of Morris, 111.; a son. Tun (Jamie) Allen of Warsaw; three grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; sisters, Charlotte (Calvin) Shumaker and Catherine (Dennis) Thornton both of Bremen; and brothers, James (Delores) Allen of Ft. Meyers, Fla., Dale (Leah) Allen of Cape Coral, Fla,, Gary (Georgina) Allen of Lake Havasu, Ariz, and Daniel Allen of Wanatah. A funeral service was held Friday, June 22 at 3 p.m. at file Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. Burial followed the service in the Bremen Cemetery. Visitation was two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the family. The Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen is assisting the family with arrangements. Beech Rd., Bremen, died Wednesday morning, June 20, 2012 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. He is survived by his sons, Ivan Ray (Norma) and LaMar R. (Lorene), both of Bremen, Levi Jay (Mary), Shipshewana, Homer R. (Qara), Plymouth; daughters, Rosetta Kuhns, Bremen, Lorene (Darrell) Borkholder and Carol (Paul) Graber, both of Nappanee, Esther (Devon) Schwartz, Etna Green, and Freida (Keith) Abbott, Sheridan, HI.; 42 grandchildren; four brothers, Eh, Melvin, Alvin, and Freeman; and three sisters, Malinda Miller, Edna Miller, and Amanda Chupp. Visitation was after 2 p.m. Thursday and all day Friday at the family residence.
