Phillip James Lindeoman 5 Feb. 8, 1948- Aug. 21, 2011 * GOSHEN Phillip James Lindenman died Sunday, Aug.
•*2l, at IU Health Goshen Hospital 1 - at the age of 63. He was bom Feb. 8, 1948. He led an active life as a farmer, agriculture consultant, agriculture educator, FFA '•advisor and 4-H leader. He had taught '• agricultural sciences at Argos High •-School four yeaiy then worked for Farm Bureau and developed an agriculture consulting business. He later returned to teaching agriculture-related classes at North Wood High School for 15 years.
Phillip graduated from New Paris High School in 1966 and Purdue University in 1970 with a dual degree in agriculture education and agronomy. He later acquired a master's degree in agriculture education. He retired from North Wood High School in July of 2010. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rosemand (Bailey) Lindenman; son, Trenton (Heather) Lindenman and two granddaughters, Ella and Aubrey of Otterbien; daughter, Toriann Lindenman of Chicago, Dl.; mother, Dene (Benson) Dyer of Goshen; brother, Rex (Donna) Lindenman of WestviUe. His father, LaMar Lindenman, preceded him in death in 1993. Phillip was a member of the New Paris Church of the Brethren. Visitation was 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011 at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St, Goshen. The funeral service was 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011 at the New Paris Church of the Brethren with Pastor Stan Godfrey officiating. Burial was in New Paris Cemetery. Edna Schwartz Aug. 25, 2011 NAPPANEE—Edna Schwartz; 10495W1350 N, Nappanee, 89, died at 4 am, Thursday, Aug. 25, at her home. Surviving are daughters, Ruby Schwartz, Wilma Schwartz, Nancy Fern Schwartz, all of Nappanee, Linda Sue (David H.) Miller, Bremen; sons, Ervin (Card) Schwartz, LaVem (Carolyn) Schwartz, and Ear! Ray (Marietta) Schwartz, all of Nappanee, Allen (Mary EDeri) Schwartz, Milford, and Jerry Lee (Betty) Schwartz, Ships hew ana; 31 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; and brothers, William (Mary) Chupp, Bremen and Edward (Alta) Chupp, Nappanee. Rowe 100 Olive L. Rowe, wife of the late Beuford N. Rowe, will be celebrating her 100th birthday Sept. 2,2011. Olive is the mother of four which includes: The late John (Daniece) Rowe, William (Gloria) Rowe, Linda (Jim) Lisk, and Curtis (Shannon) Rowe.
