Participants receive a complimentary copy of the resulting published report, a $75 value, for their assistance. The information is valuable not only for established businesses looking towards employee retention by comparing their wages and benefits to similar enterprises in foe area, but also to new businesses looking to attract skilled employees. They can learn, for example, how area employers reward employees with paid days off, how long it takes for employees to earn those paid days off, and how holidays are handled. Another area of great importance to both employers and employees is health care coverage provided in Nappanee. The survey indudes foe percentage of employers offering health care coverage, what kind of plans offered, and what network providers are utilized. Retirement plans, too, and training or educational opportunities are areas of interest for both employers and employees in foe area. The survey for 2009, for example, showed an average
