Claypool woman writes children!; book Sue Baker of Claypool has turned a chance experience into a new children's book. "Scooter The Little Black Kitty with the White Spot" is the story of the day she and her husband found and saved a kitten in their backyard. Scooter, the smallest of her mother's litter, got left behind when the mother cat moved her newborns to a safer place. Young readers learn about Scooter's struggles to keep up, her adventure with a scary dog, and her newfound home.
