Middlebury bakery products recalled

MIDDLEBURY - Rise 'N Roll Bakery of rural Middlebury has recalled two food products because of undeclared ingredients, die U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced May 20. The Flickingers opened the restaurant seven months ago after redecorating the entire interior, installing new booths, putting in a new kitchen, installing new ceiling tiles and completely refurbishing the bathrooms. The Chamber presents a Beautification Award to a Nappanee business each quarter of the year. The first quarter award is for interior, second quarter for window dressing and landscaping, third quarter for existing building, and fourth quarter for new business. The Chamber encourages Nappanee residents to nomi-

nate newly improved buildings for these awards. The Flickingers are working to present a family atmosphere/no smoking restaurant. They have an extensive menu consisting of pizza, sandwiches, wings, calzones and soft drinks. They also provide free pizza delivery throughout the community. Restaurant hours are 3to 9 p.m„Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 3to 11 p.m., Friday; 3to 9 p.m., Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday.
