Stacey Wendel and Jordan Adams were united in marriage at 3 JO p.m. Oct 17, 2009 at Plymouth Wesleyan Oumov Plymouth, during a double ring ceremony. Vocalists were Michael and Headier Drip. The bride wore along, white, strapless gown and carried a bouquet of fall colors. Matrons of honor were Laura Scott and Valerie Medema, sisters of bride.
Bridesmaids were Sarah Tamowski, Katie Davis, Stephanie Welch, Jessica Foust, and Headier Terflinger, friends of die bride. Junior bridesmaid was Olivia Wendel, cousin of the bride. The bride's attendants wore brown, short dresses. Best men were Phil Sumpter and Joe Sheets, friends of the groom. Groomsmen were Ryan Seal, Michael Shearer; Scott Tamowski, friends of the groom; and Zach Scott and Joe Medema, brother-in-laws of the bride. Ushers woe Brock Treesh and Dan Sprunger, friends of die groom; and Taylor Monts, cousin of die groom. Ringbearer was Logan Seal, friend of the groom. Flower girl was Brooke Medema, niece of the bride. Approximately 300 friends and family attended die reception at Swan Lake, Plymouth. After a wedding cruise the couple returned to their home in Nappanee. The bride is die daughter of Don and Michele Wendel Plymouth. She is a graduate of Plymouth High School and Machester College and is employed as a Physical Therapy Tech at New Moves in Warsaw and Syracuse. The groom is die son of Kurt and Carla Hand, Nappanee. He is a graduate of North Wood High School Nappanee, and Manchester College and is employed at In terra Credit Union, Goshen, as a Management Trainee.
Enders 90th birthday Virgil Enders will celebrate his 90th birthday at his son's home in Logansport. Virgil was bom Jan. 30,1920. He has been married to his wife Dorothy for 65 years. They are the parents of Linda (Tom) Heisler, Loren (Debbie) Enders and Gary (Cheryl) Enders. They also have rune grandchildren and seven great-grandchil-dren. Virgil has been a farmer all of his life. He also worked for many years at Bremen Bearings and Universal Bearings. He is a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Bremen. He enjoys visiting with family and friends, watching sports and playing euchre.
College News Manchester College Alii Heeter, a first-year biology-chemistry major, and Stacie Koch, a sophomore social work major, were named to the fall 2009 dean's list at Manchester College. Both are graduates of North Wood High School.
