so much about thy game." Hoover moved up to defensive coordinator beginning with the 2004 season and has held that position ever since, including the magical 2005 state championship run and last year's regional championship squad. He will continue to run the defense for the Panthers, while long-time assistant Zercher will take over the reigns as offensive coordinator. "It will be a challenge for the kids just because there will be a few changes," noted Hoover. "Being a business teacher, I like things to be orderly and well planned, so the program will probably be a little more structured than they’re used to. tour-year starting quarterback Skyler Titus, but has four starting offensive linemen back to anchor the unit, along with several excellent prospects at running back. "Skvler could just process so much, know where everyone was supposed to be and get them there," said Hoover. "1 like the group of quarterbacks we have coming back, but initially we'll probably run the option a little more than last year and get very good at the things we want to do before adding a lot of new plays." The Advance .Veil's joins the entire Wa-Nee community in congratulating Hoover on his promotion to head coach, and wishes him much success with the North Wood Panther football program.
