Rosemary Gettelman Nov. 22,2007 Rosemary (Stalnaker) Gettelman, 87, died Nov. 22, 2007. She is survived by a son, Michael C. Gettelman and a brother, David Stalnaker. Memorial services will be held Saturday Dec. 8 at 2:30 p.m. at Dover Congregational Church, Westlake, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. Nissley, 73, of Donna, Texas died Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 6 a.m. at Dr.'s Hospital in Edinburg, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Nissley of Donna, Texas; daughters: Charla Oveido of Conway, S.C. and Loreen (Stephen) Hostetler of Millersburg, Ohio; son: Laural (Geraldine) Nissley of Goshen, Verton (Amy) Nissley of Elkhart and Cecil Nissley of Washington, Iowa; 18 grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and twin sister Eunice (Otis) Yoder of Colona, lowa. Visitation was Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church in Nappanee and Sunday, Dec. 9 from 2 to 4 p.m., from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. at the church. Burial was at Bethel Conservative Mennonite Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Gospel Missions Beyond the Border.

Participants will watch the Christmas story unfold as they journey from Judea to Bethlehem in a one-hour, outdoor walk over farmland. The reenactment features costumed actors playing roles as Roman soldiers, villagers, wisemen, Mary and Joseph and an array of other Biblical characters. Buses depart from Bremen High School, 511 W. Grant St., beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday and 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The event is sponsored by Bremen area churches. No reservations will be taken and no admission is charged.
