Park board announces master plan survey

NAPPANEE The Nappanee park board announced that they are updating their five-year park master. They will conduct a phone survey to solicit citizen comments concerning the future of their park system. They will conduct the survey by random selection of residential phone numbers within the city limits. Volunteer surveyors will not know the identity of those they call. The park board urges everyone who receives a call to take a Elkhart County stormwater advisory meeting changed The multi-jurisdiction advisory board of the Greater Elkhart County Stormwater Partnership will meet Friday, Nov. 9, not November 13 as scheduled. The meeting will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Elkhart County Public Service Building, 4230 Elkhart Rd., Goshen . The board is comprised of representatives from Elkhart County, the city of Elkhart, the city of Goshen and the town of Bristol. These entities have filed jointly to meet the requirements of 327 lAC 15-13 ("Rule 13"), also known as the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) regulation.
