Loren Hartman and Rachel Wegner attended the 10th Annual Age of Excellence Luncheon, where Union Center Therapy was honored as a nominee for Caregiving Agency of the Year. In the end, Comfort Keepers of LaPorte won the award at the luncheon, which was hosted by Area 2 Agency of Aging. Fifteen categories were awarded to individuals, schools and facilities for their exemplary service to older adults and to the disabled in Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaPorte, Marshall and St. Joseph counties. Also nominated for an award as Caregiver for the Disabled (Under 60) was Nichole Yoder, an aquatics specialist at Union Center Therapy. Union Center Therapy is located on County Road 11 in Nappanee, just north of CR 50.
