. Berdine G. Bontrager September 28,2004 WAKARUSA - Berdine Genevieve Bontrager. 87, of Wakarusa died Sept 28 at 4:45 p.m. at home. She was a lifelong Wakarusa resident and a 1934 graduate of Madison High School. She is survived by two daughters, Beth (Earl) Gratrix of Bremen, and Pam (James) Kintigh of Wyatt; a son, Jerry Lee (Barbara) Bontrager of Wolcottville; nine grandchildren: and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation was held Sept. 30 at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home of Wakamsa from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and at the church, one hour prior to the service. Funeral services were held at Bible Baptist Church, Wakarusa, Oct. lat 11 a.m. with burial following at Olive (West) Cemetery. Rev. David Haiper officiated the service. Memorials may be dedicated to Bible Baptist Church, Wakarusa. Joseph A. Egging September 29, 2004 WAKARUSA - Joseph A. Egging, 84, of Wakamsa died Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. at his home of natural causes. He had lived in Wakamsa for two years after living in Nappanee for many years. He is survived by his wife, Wilma; a daughter. Debby (Robert) Ortiz of Wakamsa; a son, Bert (Elaine) Egging, of Etna Green; and three granddaughters. Visitation was held Oct. 1 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home of Wakamsa from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A Rosary Service was held at 7:30 p.m. on Oct 1. Funeral services were held at Saint Dominic Church in Bremen on Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. Fernando Polycarp officiated at the service. Memorials may be sent to Saint Dominic Church. Katie Alta Yoder Kauffman September 27, 2004 MILFORD - Katie Alta Yoder Kauffman, 94, of Milford died Sept 27 at 9 a.m. at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center of natural causes. - She had lived in the Nappanee area since 1942. She was a member of the Nappanee North Main Street Mennonite Church. She is survived by three grandchildren, Kerry (John) Kauffman of Joliet, 111., Kean Patrick (Wendy) Kauffman of Columbia City, and Katie Jean (Carl) Wolf of Terre Haute; five great-grandchildren; a half sister, Susie Gough of Hutchinson, Kan.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation was held Sept. 30 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home of Nappanee from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church, one hour prior to the service. Funeral services were held at the Nappanee North Main Street Mennonite Church, Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m. with burial following at Union Center Cemetery. Pastor Ruben Chupp and Pastor Derrick Ranter officiated the service. ' Memorials may be dedicated to The Shalom House at Nappanee North Main Street Mennonite Church. Terry (Bud Man) Vincent, Sr. September 24, 2004 RUSHVILLE, Ohio - Terry (Bud Man) Vincent, Sr, 40, of Goshen died Sept. 24 in a job related accident. He is survived by his wife, Laura (McCahill) Vincent; a son, Terry Lynn Vincent, Jr. of home; his mother, Jewell Dean (Kennedy) Hardwick of Drakesboro, Ky.; his father, Thurman Vincent of Pulaski, Term.; maternal grandfather, Buell Kennedy of Greenville, Ky.; three sisters, Tammy Henderson of Powderly, Ky., Mrs. Brett (Tina) Hostetler of Elkhart, and Kim Crouch of Quality, Ky.; four brothers, Tim (Sheila) Childress of Central City, Ky., Tony (Johnna)Vincent, Sr. of Graham, Ky., Todd (Christina) Vincent of Goshen, and Tim (Carla) Vincent of Central City, Ky. Visitation was held at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home in Goshen, Sept. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Sept. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services were held at the funeral home Sept. 30 at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at Carter Creek Cemetery in Greenville, Ky. Memorials may be dedicated to Ronald McDonald House.

The flower girl was Riley Cottier of Nappanee. Danielle’s son, Skyler Doll, walked her down the aisle and was the ring bearer. Skyler was presented with a Family Medallion in a special ceremony uniting the new family. The bride and groom will honeymoon at a later date. They now reside in Bourbon. Danielle is the daughter of Charles (deceased) and Cara Mae Thompson of Bourbon. Todd is the son of Bruce and Anna Earl of Nappanee.
