Gawthrop celebrates 90th Births
GOSHEN Harold G. Gawthrop was bom near Milford on Jan. 20, 1913 to Carl and Chloe M. Geyer Gawthrop. He married Esther Hollar on Dec. 23, 1934. They were married for 59 years until her death on July 12, 1994. Harold then married Joy Biller Rumfelt Mishler on Aug. 5, 1995. Harold has three children: James E. (Janice) Gawthrop of Goshen; Mary E. (Ellis) Hissong of Cerro Gordo, 111. and Jan C. (Kathy) Gawthrop of North Manchester. He has nine grandchildren: Jama (Kerry) Keaffaber of LaGrange; Jennifer (Greg) Meents of Monticello; Jon (Brenda) Gawthrop of New Paris; Bruce Hissong of Bethesda, Maryland; Brian (Holly) Hissong of Minneapolis, Minn.; Brandon (Leeann) Hissong of Taylorville, 111.; Alison (Eric)

The bride wore a strapless gown with rhinestone and lace trim and a pearl and rhinestone tiara. She carried a red rose bouquet.’ Her dress was made by her aunt Marilyn Hahn.
