Computer clinic meets The Nappanee Public Library Computer Clinic will meet on Monday, May 22, 6:30p.m. The club, under the leadership of Lee Holdeman, is designed for adult beginners and experts and meets the fourth Monday of every month in the Enos Borkholder Room of the library. Monthly meetings cover information on a specific topic and provide members with the opportunity to review new software programs offered by the library. This month’s topic is “Burning to Rewritable CDs.” Pre-registration is not required, but is encouraged. For more information, phone the Nappanee Public Library, 219-773-7919. Create stepping stones Stained Glass Stepping Stone classes will continue through the spring at the Nappanee Public Library, under the instruction of Kathy Costlow. Sign up for a class today, and plan on adding an extra special touch to your garden or lawn this season. Several stepping stones are currently on display at the library. Cost for the class is $25 per person, and each class is limited to five students. The next session will be held Wednesday, May 24th, from 6-9p.m. rßegister at the Adult Services Desk or call the library at (219) 773-7919. ‘Miss Spider’ is guest Join the Nappanee Public Library Sunday, May 21, 2p.m., for Sunday .Storytime Showcase. Listen to “Miss Spider’s Wedding,” read by Miss 'Spider herself, Jan Tobias, and enjoy a reception immediately following the program. Jan has been a comedian for many years and has created and performed as different characters for area schools, as well as at parties and other special events. She has played the Tooth Fairy, Joky the Joke Book and the Wicked Witch at Halloween time. This will be Jan’s second appearance as Miss Spider, at the Nappanee Public Library. Sunday Storytime Showcase is held once each month, from 2-3p.m., with a different special guest presenter each time. People of all ages are encouraged to join in these special storytimes. “Storytime isn’t just for kids and it isn’t just reading books! The activities these presenters are putting together are fantastic,” said Library Director Linda Yoder. “Plan to bring a friend, or plan to come on your own. It’s educational and it’s a fun Sunday afternoon activity.”
