ISTH ANNUAL FESTIVAL-lt was chilly, rainy, warm, rainy, breezy, rainy, but festive l In spite of uncooperative weather through a large part of the weekend, the annual Nappanee Apple Festival went forward, with the Saturday morning parade a highlight for festival visitors. There were clowns, horses, entries featuring persons of all ages, vehicles of a wide variety, including antique tractors, and bands and fans galore. Apple treats abounded, and there were many great contests, activities and the best entertainment around. Who could ask for anything more-except for fewer bees! (AN photos by Merrie Chapman)
