PLANNING APPLE FEST PARADE--Plans for the Annual Apple Festival Parade are underway and the committee arranging the event is still accepting entries. Those interested in participating in the parade can find entry forms, dates, times and other information at the Nappanee Area Chamber of Commerce. Welch 11, charged with Two juvenile runaways arrested Two Nappanee teens were arrested as runaways following a nearly 24-hour search. The girls’ parents and local authorities, searched for the duo after it was discovered that they had left their homes late Sunday evening, August 28. The girls were located in Goshen after an anonymous tip led the Goshen Police to the Best Western Motel where the pair were found with one adult male and one juvenile male. Charges are pending against the adult in Goshen.
