Children through third grade are invited to enjoy Tri Kappa's annual “Breakfast With Santa” activities, set for Saturday, December 2, 9:30a.m., at Amish Acres, Nappanee. Weather permitting, hay rides will be offered, as well as treats, and the chance to visit with Santa and his helpers. There is no charge for the event, but children should be accompanied by an adult.

'HELP' program

The Community Help Educate Little People (HELP) program began November 7 at the Brethren in Christ Church in Nappanee. Children meet every Tuesday from 3:10-4:30 p.m. Tutors encourage a positive approach to learning through relationships. Those tutors are Frankie Copeland, Sel Copeland, Wanita Frederick, Ruth Freed, Nettie Meyer, Ruth Schrock, Ruth Weldy, and Margaret Williams. Anyone wishing to participate in HELP may call the coordinator at 773-7321.
