is going to happen. We had to stay at home ail the time because at any time the students or workers tart protesting in town, fightin e with the police, throwing bombs, burning cars, stores, and like happened yesterday, even people. This is the third letter I send since 1 came back. I hope you had receive everything. As you can see i don’t have nice things to tell you all about u.s, so I hope I get a letter from Nappanee full ,of good news. Govenor Rockefeller was here last Monday, so some people burned 14 American supermarkets hat used to belong to him. You an imagine that, they all started burning at the same time, and millions of dollars were lost. Those supermarkets don't belong to him anymore so he didn’t say" anything about the problem. I really think his trips to South and Latin America were an error, because people don't like him at all and all he oroduecd were riots and murder- . A mg Some days I wish I was in Nappanee. but I realize that in a situation like the one we are living, my place is with my father here. How is everybode there. My mom wrote you a letter and she wants to know if you get it. I'm not very sure, but there is a possibility that my dad is going to the States in October, staying there for one month. He is learning English, and he promised me that if he goes he is going to visit Nappanee. What about that? He is going to work, so he won't be able to take mom, but I'm trying to ' convince him to do so. Well I don't have anything more to tell you, all I want is to get a letter from home. O. K.? A Love to all of you from all of us. Love always. Suzuky (Editor's note: Many remember Suzuky from Argentina who came to Nappanee under the sponsorship of the Nappanee Rotary Club. The Wendell Metzlers were kind enough to share this letter from her.)
