MISSIONARY SPEAKER An eye-witness to an evangelistic thrust that has seen hundreds of Kuranko tribesmen profess faith in Christ these past three years, Miss Geraldine Gerig has lived in the interior of Sierra Leone since-1955. For four years she has been in charge of the medical clinic \at Yifin. She has, also worked ’with the women and children of the Kuranko tribe. Miss Gerig is a graduate of the Fort Wayne Bible College. She became a registered nurse following preparation at the Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago. She speaks the Kuranko tribal language. The public is cordially invited to hear Miss Gerig tell the story of the gospel outreach in Sierra Leone. . r. Miss Gerig, missionary to Sierra Leone, West Africa, will be speaking at the Missionary Church, Nappanee, on January 22 at 7:30 "p.m. STUDENT TEACHER Pegge Masterson, a Ball State University student, is teaching in Elkhart County during the winter quarter. According to Dr. Graham Pogue, director of student teaching, 574 Ball State seniors are located in 321 schools across the state this term. As many as 1,800 are expected to student teach during the three quarters of the 1968-69 school year.
