Response To Mental Health Appeal Is Good The Christmas Gift Collection for the Elkhart County Mental Health. Association is coming along very well, it is gratifying to see a Christian community such as Nappanee in the process of one of its service projects. Already 65 dollars has been contributed plus several gifts of clothing and other items from individual donors and different organizations such as the Senior Citizens, Lions, Homemaker's Guild and the Cable Stitch Club. Remember to attach a gift tag to your package and that all gifts must be in by December Ist. Any organization or group of individuals who would be able to help in sorting these gifts for the Elkhart County Mental Health Association after December Ist, or any group that would like to help at the Christmas party at Beatty Memorial Hospital on the evening of December 19th please call Mrs. William A. M, „ Church Women Ask For Trading Stamps The Indiana Council of United Church Women has a program in which they work with the thousands of migrant workers who come to Indiana each year. The program has been extended so that it now' functions in 20 counties in Indiana. The State Program Director travels thousands of miles and is in need of a staff car in her ministry to these people. The United Church Women have been told that if they collect 1200 books of S&H Green Stamps, they will get a staff car which will bear the words “Donated by United Church Women.” Actually any kind of trading stamps aftr* acceptable and may be traded in on the proper ones.
