Nichols Jr. Publisher And Editor Nappanee Advance-News 156 W. Market St. Nappanee, Indiana Dear Sir: Regarding Jour front page edi-' torials in the Oct. 10, 1963 issue of the Nappanee Advance-News entitled (1) “Oh Nuts!” and (2) “Re-, vere ‘Our Flag”. , My hat is off to you Sir! I salute you and I want to lead a cheer of at least three, “Hip, Hip, Hoorays!” for Donald R. Nichols. This world today needs more peo- j pie like you- not afraid to call a spade a spade, not afraid to give ah opinion, regardless of the personal consequences. And, these consequences can be severe when in business in a small community!' I am a firm believer that if more of us were straight forward and to: the point instead of: (1) Bush-beat ing, (2) Back-slapping (or scratching, as the case may be), (3) No-toe-treading and (5) Pocket-lining this old world would be a better place to live ib. Bless you! Sincerely, Mrs. Gerald Morrical 10 Eam Lane Lake Zurich, HI. !
