880 Relay Nappanee Frick, Evans, D. Callander, Unger. Mile Relay Goshen. Nappanee sth In Sectional Track Meet Elkhart High School won its 20th sectional track title in a row Friday night. Nappanee was fifth behind Elkhart, Kendallville, Goshen, and Concord. Tom Dean placed second in the 100. D. Paul Culp finished 4th in the 440. He broke a school record of 53.3. Jim Phillips was 4th in the high hurdles. Wil Lewallen placed third in the high jump, and Jerry Clipp 4th in shot put. The Nappanee team ran 4th in the 880 relay. Nappanee qualified four men in four events for the regional track meet in Fort Wayne next Saturday.

Hochstetler called on Mr. and Mrs. Noah Shrock and family of Middlebury on Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Levi J. S. Hochstetler and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schwietart and family of Bourbon were Sunday evening supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Schweitart and family of Goshen. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Sheets were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Sheets of Nappanee.
