Mrs. Jake Hostetler, Mrs. Henry Hochstetler, Mrs. Menno Hochstetler spent Thursday at the cottage of Mrs. Betty Davison at Dewart Lake. The Max Watkins family attended the 9th reunion of the Tippecanoe High School Class of ’53 at Pike Lake, Warsaw. 29 were present including choldren. Mrs. Chester Lemler was elected president and Mrs. Jane Ward, secretary-treasurer. Callers at the Leßoy Hochstetler home to see the new baby, Sunday were Vernon Schmuckers, Alvin Gingerichs, and Willie Yoders. The baby’s name is Ruth Ellen. Wednesday afternoon callers of Mrs. Ralph Whitehead were Mrs. Gladys Grimm and Mrs. Emerson Seymour. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Rowland called on the Whiteheads in the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Miller were supper guests of Mrs. Katie Hershberger Sunday evening.
