REV. JRVIN KANODE MOVING TO ILLINOIS ;Jrvin G. Kanode have found it necessary to discontinue their leadership of the Good Shepherd Church in * Milford and their other evangelistic activities in which they were engaged. It was seven years ago t£at they began an evangelistic ministry that extended from South Bend to Indianapolis and Fort Wayne to Chicago Heights. During these seven years Mr. Kanode found it necessary to continue with a full time occupation as a printer. For the past two years much of their evangelistic efforts! were expended in Milford in the activities of the Good Shepherd Church. Recently many of the people who were interested in the program here in Milford have gone back to Texas, and since the Kanodes have exhausted themselves physically, they decided to seek a position as a printer in Naperville, 111. They also hope to make a tour into Texas and Mexico where they know many people personally. The organization known as Gospel Messengers shall remain active and shall be located at Nappanee, Ind., R. 1, in care of Leroy Helmuth. The Good Shepherd Church is already under the direction of Mr. and Mrs. Loreij Stichter of Nappanee. With the help of young people from Goslien College they shall endeavor to carry on the work, unless it shows no promise at all. Mr. and Mrs. Kanode express their profound appreciation for the kindness and help of the churches and people of MMord and Nappanee. They also crave the same continued assistance and prayer
