Chefs preparing the delicious chicken were Lowell Anglin and h.is br,other-in-law, Phil Neff of New Paris, assisted by Lyle Yoder. Walter Miller, local Brothernood president, bad devotions, and Rev. Victor Yeager of Silver Creek gave an inspiring talk. The ladies have been hinting that they would like to be invited to the next barbecue! Active Ladies Club meeting has been postponed until the afternoon of Sept 23 at the home of Bernice Klotz. Lowell Anglin family attended a family gathering honoring the birthday of Mrs. Anglin’s father, J. A. Neff, Monday evening. Glenn Whitehead, Kosciusko County school superintendent, spoke on school problems at Etna-Scott-Prairie Farm Bureau Wednesday evening. Rev. Walter Burcham led the singing and devotions.
