SISTER OF MRS. IRVIN PHILLIPS DIES AT HOME NEAR BRISTOL SUNDAY Mrs. Mary D. Penrose. 74, a native of Lagrange county, died Sunday at her home, Bristol, R 1. Bom Feb. 22. 1878, Mrs. Penrose was a daughter of IMr. and Mrs. Peter Warner. He first husband. Hiram Haines, whom she married in 1911., died in 1937. She married Lewis E. Penrose in 1939. Surviving are her husband, two brothers, William Warner of Adyeville. Ind. and Frank Warner of Three Rivers Mich.; and two sisters, Mrs. J. D. Woodworth of Sturgis. Mich, and Mrs. Irvin. Phelps of Nappanee. Funeral services were held at the Bristol Church o £ the Nazarene Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Earl Bright officiating and burial followed in the Oak Ridge cemetery.
