Most poultrymen recognize the fact that baby chicks need a special prepared feed which is properly balanced with Vitamins, Proteins and Minerals. These vital elements properly balanced are essential for the health, vitality and growth of chicks. It is also necessary for Pullets to have a proper balance of Vitamins, Proteins and Minerals to. develop her egg producing organs so she will be a profitable layer when she goes to the laying house. The following formulas are developed to give your pullets all the Vitamins, Proteins and Minerals needed when fed according to directions. 1. Feed to Pullets that are out on good green range or that get all the skim milk they can consume: CORN 120 OATS 100 This balanced mash is made with WHEAT ... 80 less than SI.OO cwt. cash outlay. 38% CONCENTRATE 100 Feed Oats and Com with this mash. '*' .. / 400 lbs. 2. Feed to Pullets that are confined or that get no Milk in any form or that get no green pasture: „■ ' CORN 150 OATS 125 Feed Oats and Com with this mash WHEAT 100 in Hopper feeders. DRIED MILK 25 38% CONCENTRATE .... 100 J 500 lbs. £ As pullets reach their age to lay care should be taken to hold back egg production until the proper age is reached. s This can be done by limiting the amount of mash consumed. “FOLKS, TRY IT!” ONE OF THESE DEVELOPING MASHES WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.
