NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION To Whom it May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the City of Nappanee, Indiana, as authorised by the following number Improvement Resolution, adopted by said Common Council on the 2nd day of April, 1925, to-wit: Improvement Resolution No. 10, 1928 For the improvement Metzler avenue from the s.outh property line of West Market street to the north property line of West Lincoln street. All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accordance with terms and conditions of the Improvement Resolution as numbered adopted by the Common Council on the above named day, and the detailed drawings, plans, profiles, and specifications'which are on file and may be , seen in the. office of the city clerk of the city ot Nappanee, Indiana. • The common Council has. fixed April 24, 1928, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard, by persons' interested in or affected by said described public improvement, and,on said day at 7:3(3 p. m„ said Common Council Wftf- meet at the city ball, in said city, for the: purpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed, or which may be presented, and will hear ail persons intereated, or , whose property is affected by said proposed improvements, and will dty ' cide whether the benefit fiat will accrue to the property, abutting..and adjacent to the proposed imprpvt ment, and to said city, will he-equal to or 1 exceed the estimated cost of proposed improvements,' as estimated by the city engineer.
