How U* The JCLtinent#—Au HI Wind That Blows Nobody Good. •The Netfc Bros., implement men, ' just completed last week putting up due of their celebrated e**" 1 tors at Mr. Frank Anglemyer’s farm | of a mile north of Union Center church. How to use the elements, seems to lgiye been answered (so far as concerns the winds) by the power attachment now being iitalized by Mr. Anglcmyer; arid the old aphorism', “its an ill wind that blows nobody good'’, is being exemplified in this in stance to a nicety. The Aetmotor is now beyond the. point of a mere “drawer of water” 1 . It. is, by the ingenious attachment, now being used for obtaining power to saw wood, grind feed, shell corn, cut corn fodder and, bay. etc. Mr. Angelin, ver had been operating a horse-pow-er, with four horses for the same work that is now done with the aennotor. lie thinks the difference is in favorof t he aermotor by many points superior. It is, indeed, progressive. Any one wlm would like to see thc'opcration .of the motor ran do so by calling at the place nVnt.ionod. Anyhow, it must lie seen in operation to fully appreciate its-utility on the farm. The Nels Bros, have always made it, a point to have good machinery, and to also lie prepared to obtain anything wanted by the farmers at the very lowest living rates. They can furnish anything in the line of machinery to attach to the aermojtor power, putting up the motor, and entire plant of saw, feed cutter, corn sholler, feed grinder, etc., or any one of the machines They Invite the farmers to investigate the saving tbut mny bo made by having one of the' plants spoken of herein. They have put up several, and every one is a perfect sucess in all respects. lluhlik-hs f The Circuit Court. In rare instances the Indians have purchased small tracts of land, but in some cases the small farms have already been mortgaged to their full value. At Athens the ‘lndians planned to build a church, but the purchase of large quantities of“( Ire water” and trinkets in the village stores soon absorbed their funds. In the settlement of Hamilton, Allegan county, some thirty-live slab shanties are crowded together on a small traet of oak grubs. These hovels are now tilled with expensive furniture and musical instruments, although no one in the community can play a note, while top buggies are strung around in the open, exposed to the elements. Some families received from $1,700 to $2/700 arid after squandering the wiiole amount have not a single article useful to them to show for it. Rolph, River Styx, Ohio, was numbered among the recruits; when next he returned to hia home he was borne on a stretcher, having lost a leg in the battle Os Winchester, Va M March 43, ’62. During the years following he did not recover from the shock, privation and exposure incident to army life. In a recent interview he states: “I was stricken with nervous prostration a year ago, which continued for six months; I treated with the best physicians I could hear of, but they all failed; Dr. Wheeler’s Nerve Vitaiizer was recommended on account of its effectual treatment in similar cases. I could note a change from the first dose, improvement continued with its use and four bottles restored me to perfect health. For sale by J. S„ WALTERS.
